Once a contract is signed, please email BlackHatOpsHelp@ubm.com for any sponsorship questions. Deliverable details including deadlines and shipping instructions will be emailed a few months out from the show.
There are rules stating the maximum allowable height of various booth sizes. Allowable heights vary according to the size of the booth. The sponsors Services Manual will have specific rules and regulations pertaining to your booth size. Please look in the Rules & Regulations section of the online Manual.
Hanging signs are only allowed for island booths 20'x20' or bigger. If your booth fits these parameters and you want to do a hanging sign, there will be a form for you to fax in the https://ordering.ges.com/011600312. Please look in the Rules and Regulations section on the online Manual to find the Hanging Sign Request and all rules pertaining to Hanging Signs.
Drayage is the movement of show freight from the shipping dock to your booth. No matter how you get your freight to the dock at the Convention Center, you are not allowed to bring your shipment onto the expo floor on your own - it must be done by union labor. Drayage costs are based on the weight and size of your shipment.
You can receive a discount on your drayage and priority treatment by using GES Logistics for your shipping needs.
Separate from drayage, this is the movement of your freight from either another show site to the receiving dock at the Expo site, or from your business to the dock at the Expo site. The Exhibitor Services Manual will have more information in the Shipping, Drayage and Material Handling section.
IMPORTANT: By ordering your shipping needs from GES Logistics, you will save money on your drayage, and you will get priority delivery of your freight on to the floor and off of the floor at the end of the show. Please contact GES Logistics at (888) 454-4437 or www.ges.com/chat for details or to order this service. From overnight to overseas, GES can arrange for all types of shipping and will do all follow up to make sure your freight arrives on time.
GES can produce any signage that you need. Whether you want to add a logo to your Booth ID sign or order meter-sized boards, GES can do it. The plus side to that is you don't have to ship your signage (and risk having it arrive damaged) and it is at your booth when you arrive. They can make most types of banners or signage at a competitive price.
The sponsors Services Manual will also list forms for custom booths, carpet, furniture rental, lighting orders and pretty much anything you need for a complete presence on the Expo floor. Please look in the Booth Furnishing Section for all Order Forms and online ordering.
Your sponsors Services Manual will include all order forms – look in the Additional Show Services Section. Be sure and do it early to receive any applicable pre-show discounts!

To register your booth staff, please access the Sponsor Registration Portal at https://blackhat.tech.ubm.com/usa/2014/index/exhibitorreg/sponsor. All registrations must be done online.
Sponsor Contact must use a unique email address for each registration. You will not be able to register multiple people with one email address. To collect your badge, you will need to check in using the email address used when you registered for your badge.
Briefings Only – Allows access to all Briefings sessions, Keynote, Business Hall, Sponsored Workshops and Sponsored Sessions—Does not include access to Trainings

Booth Staff – Allows access to Business Hall, Sponsored Workshops & Sponsored Sessions to set up your space before the Business Hall opens and to secure it at the end of each day after the Business Hall closes. Booth Staff badges should NOT be given to clients/partners who are not sponsor staff at Black Hat (Business Passes are appropriate). Does not allow access to Keynote, Briefings or Training Classrooms.

As a courtesy to Black Hat USA Sponsors, you may purchase a single DEF CON ticket per each exhibitor staff record, at the rate of $220.00 per ticket, by contacting the Black Hat USA Event Registration Services Group at 415/947-6846, Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PT.
The deadline to pre-purchase a DEF CON ticket, in conjunction with your Sponsor registration is July 26 at 11:59 PM PT, tickets will not be sold on-site at Black Hat USA. After July 26, 2014, DEF CON tickets are only available for purchase at DEF CON during their ticket sales window. Please note, you must first register your exhibitor staff prior to requesting to purchase a DEF CON ticket.
