Rosalia Hajek is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise-wide security strategy across Fortune 500 companies globally. As CISO of Topgolf Callaway Brands, she leads cyber risk, compliance, and privacy programs supporting a portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands reaching 75M+ customers.
She has led risk reduction efforts exceeding $127M, advised on complex M&A security integrations, and served as a strategic partner to boards and executive teams. Prior roles include Global BISO at MGM Resorts and, at Kaiser Permanente, she championed and led the implementation of the organization’s first national information security program across a $112B integrated healthcare system.

Nathan Hamiel is Senior Director of Research at Kudelski Security, where he leads the fundamental and applied research team, part of the Innovation group working to define the future of the company’s products and services. He focuses on emerging and disruptive technologies and their intersection with information security. This research includes new approaches to difficult security problems and the safety, security, and privacy of artificial intelligence. Nathan is passionate about risks at the intersection of technology and humanity and shares his thoughts on his blog, Perilous.tech. During his nearly 25 years in cybersecurity, he has been a regular public speaker, presenting his research at global security events, including Black Hat, DEF CON, HOPE, ShmooCon, SecTor, ToorCon, and many others. He is also a veteran member of the Black Hat review board, serving as the AI, ML, and Data Science track lead.
Clay R. Lin served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the World Bank Group (WBG) from November 2008 to March 2025. In this position, he led the institution’s cybersecurity initiatives to protect its information assets, aligning with WBG’s mission to eradicate poverty and promote shared prosperity.
Mr. Lin built the Office of Information Security from the ground up, achieving ISO 27001 certification within three years. He developed the Next Generation Cybersecurity Strategy, emphasizing risk management and transforming information security into a business enabler that supports cloud and mobility initiatives. In 2019, he introduced the Cyber-SAFER Strategy, endorsed by senior management, to enhance WBG’s information security maturity.
Under his leadership, WBG implemented several technological solutions and operational improvements, including the establishment of a 24/7 Information Security Operations Center. His role expanded to include Enterprise Architecture, which he adapted to support WBG’s digital transformation agenda.
In his current role within Digital Transformation, Mr. Lin focuses on strategic priorities such as leveraging leapfrogging technologies as development multipliers, building the Digital Safeguards business line, refining cybersecurity products and services for client countries, and engaging in policy dialogue and advisory services.
Mr. Lin’s visionary leadership and strategic initiatives have significantly advanced WBG’s cybersecurity posture, aligning technological advancements with the institution’s mission and digital transformation goals.
