Black Hat USA 2025: Full Schedule Programming


With less than two weeks until the beginning of Black Hat USA 2025, taking place August 2 to August 7 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, please find the full schedule of event programming placed below. Briefings:
Briefings will take place on August 6 and August 7, and feature more than 100 Briefings hand selected by the Black Hat USA Review Board. Attendees will learn the latest in cybersecurity risks, developments, and trends covering everything from AI, reverse engineering, application security, exploit development and vulnerability discovery, and more.

Trainings:
Cybersecurity professionals interested in enhancing their skills can participate in this year's Trainings, being held both in-person and virtually from August 2 to August 5. These two- and four-day, deeply technical, hands-on courses are led by the cybersecurity industry's top trainers and professionals. Courses will feature a variety of topics, including AI, machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), pentesting, and more.

Business Hall:
Business Hall passes, or Business passes, are currently available for the 2025 event. The Business Hall showcases the latest products and technologies from leading cybersecurity solution providers. Hours to access the Business Hall will be 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on August 6 and 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on August 7. Business passes provide access to the Keynotes, Main Stage, Arsenal, Sponsored Sessions, Exhibitor Booths, Bricks & Picks, and more.

This year's Summits will take place on Tuesday, August 5 and include:

In addition to the Summit programming, Black Hat USA 2025 will also feature Micro Summits as part of its programming. Micro Summits this year will include the Cyber Insurance Micro Summit, taking place on Wednesday, August 6, along with the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Micro Summit and the Supply Chain Micro Summit, both taking place on Thursday, August 7. A Black Hat USA 2025 Briefings or Business pass is required for admission to the Micro Summits.

Black Hat Arsenal:
This year's Black Hat Arsenal at Black Hat USA will take place on August 6 and August 7 in the Business Hall. Black Hat Arsenal brings together researchers and the cybersecurity community to showcase and demonstrate their latest open-source tools and products in a conversational environment where presenters can interact with the attendees. This year's event will feature over 115 in-person tool demos spanning exploitation and ethical hacking, cloud security, incident response, and more.

  • Black Hat Arsenal Labs: New for 2025, Arsenal Labs has expanded and moved from its original location within Arsenal to its own dedicated immersive space in the Business Hall. Guided by industry experts, Arsenal Labs represents the community's growing appetite for hands-on learning and deeper technical exploration–a rare opportunity to break things, build skills, and connect with peers in this innovative, collaborative space.

Features Highlight:

  • Bricks & Picks: Returning for 2025, Bricks & Picks will be a combined activity space for attendees to delight their playful and creative sides with plastic building bricks and locks. This activity area will be led by experts in both areas, feature competitions, hands-on demonstrations, and more.
  • Meet & Greet Sessions: In Meet & Greet sessions, attendees will be able to connect with select industry experts. Attendees may participate in a Meet & Greet to ask a speaker from their favorite session a question, introduce themselves to a Review Board member, or take a photo with a new connection.
  • Professional Development Zone: Black Hat's Professional Development Zone is designed to help attendees take their professional experience to the next level. This curated series of interactive programming will provide valuable insights into professional growth and how to make yourself stand out among the rest. This zone will provide attendees the opportunity to gain expert advice, learn from industry leaders, and unlock new opportunities for professional success.
  • Drone Zone: Visit the Drone Zone located within the Business Hall for a rare and exciting hands-on opportunity to infiltrate the world of unmanned system security. Designed for everyone from newcomers to seasoned cybersecurity professionals, this year's highly engaging and interactive experience will include advanced hacking courses, a live drone Capture the Flag (CTF) challenge, a drone piloting challenge, and more.
  • Community Program: The Black Hat Community Program fosters idea-sharing, discussion, and connection around shared interests and key issues in cybersecurity. The Community Program at Black Hat USA 2025 features Community Conversations and meetup opportunities to support community engagement.
  • Startup Spotlight Competition: The Black Hat Startup Spotlight Competition is a pitch competition for cybersecurity startup companies interested in the opportunity to present their products and solutions in front of a live audience at Black Hat USA. The top four finalists, FireTail, Keep Aware, Prime Security, and Twine Security have been invited to exhibit at Black Hat USA 2025, and will receive one 20-minute speaking session, and one 30-minute call with an Omdia cybersecurity analyst. The finalists will present to the judges on Thursday, August 7 at 1:30 PM in Oceanside D, Level 2, and the champion will be announced after all finalists have presented.
  • Black Hat Network Operations Center (NOC): The Black Hat Network Operations Center (NOC) provides a high security, high availability network in one of the most demanding environments in the world–the Black Hat event. Scholarship Program:

Black Hat USA 2025 has awarded complimentary Briefings passes to a limited number of student and veteran applicants as a way to expand accessibility to Black Hat USA 2025 for the cyber community.
